I'm waiting up for Rebekah. She was supposed to home 40 minutes ago. She went along with her boyfriend's mom to drive him back to college, about 45 minutes away. She called and asked if she could go, and I thought they were leaving right away, but I guess I was wrong. Something must've come up at the last minute, and they started out late. I'm getting used to this. I used to get all worried when she wasn't home right on time. Now, I'm just a little worried. Knowing she's with Kevin's mom is a comfort. If she's not here soon, though, I'm going to phone Kevin, and check if they did leave late.

Rebekah and I worked nursery today. We had four babies, none were even walking. They were happy and unhappy in shifts, as if they all had a master plan to keep us hoppin'. Still, they were so sweet to hold. One baby boy fell asleep on me. I love babies...

I slipped into the library today to pick up one movie for Noah, and found that there was a big book/tape sale going on. Fill a bag for $1.00! So, I filled a bag, sorta. I was about to look through videos on a table, when another lady snatched most of them up, before I could even look at them. She was so greedy! She saw me coming, and felt threatened, and grabbed up what she could. It always irks me when grown people act that way. But she missed some goodies and I brought them home for Noah: Chip and Dale, Wee Sing Together, Wee Sing Marvelous Musical Mansion, and a new copy of King Cole's Party, as ours is wearing out.

Yeah, I have to agree that woman was being greedy, good grief! I am glad to know you did get some good videos. Wow! What an awesome sale, wish I would have been there.

In a way I feel sorry for her. Maybe she lost all her tapes in a fire, and was desperate to replace them.

There was another couple hoarding stuff. I saw the husband haul a big shopping bag full of books/tapes to their other stockpile of 5 other bags, and say to his wife, " Where are we gonna put 'em all? " She quipped back, " Oh, I don't know! Remember last year we ended up giving half of it to Mike? " I thought, " What in the world? Does 'Mike' even care? " I don't getting the hoarding mindset. If I have 2 of something, I'm usually glad to give it away. These people must be insecure or something...
